Project Management by Steven Macdessi, Project Manager
The role of a project manager involves planning, control and closure in order for a full-scale project to reach completion.
The planning phase refers to the starting block of a project that would outline the risks involved, cost, estimated duration and scope.
Resource management becomes of utmost importance in project management to effectively and efficiently manage materials or human resources so that the tasks are broken down and carried out according to the specifications established from the initial plan.
It is always a good practice that on closure of a project, a documentation report is created so that lessons are learnt and better decisions can be made in future projects.
